Oh hi there! I’m Olivia Galligan, a writer, director, actor, singer, comedienne, future Jeopardy! champion, and emerging gay icon based in the New York metro area. I fancy myself the weird girl in a romcom after the makeover montage, effortlessly gorgeous on the outside, but deeply strange on the inside. I love working on classical material, especially Shakespeare, which I studied extensively during my time at Long Island University, where I graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre in May 2025! I am passionate about creating larger than life theatre that is both fun and thought-provoking, and theatre that platforms queer and woman centered stories.When I’m not wearing one of my many hats, you might find me keeping up my 1000+ day New York Times crossword streak, doing arts and crafts, baking up a storm, watching women’s basketball, reading, doing yoga, sitting wistfully by a body of water, or curating pleasant vibes on Pinterest and Spotify.
